What You Will Do
Be active and engaged on Slack while fostering an engaging community
Commit to facilitating head, heart, or hustle sessions two nights a week for up to 3 hours (camera is required to be on while giving instruction)
Ensure your pod group completes 95% career readiness portfolio
Proactively problem-solving with co-captains
Attend and participate in paid training sessions
Attend captain meetings and check-ins with your PM
What We Offer You
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly-motivated professional to assume a pivotal role in the evolution of a fast-growing, highly-respected organization. Each Captain will be paid as a part-time, hourly COOP employee at a rate of $20.00 per hour.
Residency Policy
All employees must reside within commuting distance (approximately two hours) of a COOP Program site located in the following cities: Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Bay Area, and within the states of CA, CT, FL, IL, IN, NJ or NY.
